Where are we located?

SOY Clinic has no physical location. All services are offered online through teleconference anywhere in Ontario. Whether you live in Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Dundas, Stoney Creek, Ottawa, Kingston or anywhere else in Ontario, we can help!

What is the cost of your service?

Our fees are competitive and set well within the Ontario Association of Speech-Language Pathologists & Audiologists (OSLA) as well as the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) guidelines. Service costs vary depending on the type of service (i.e. assessment, consultation, therapy, report writing etc.) and length of sessions. We are happy to work with you in order to determine a schedule that fits your budget!

Is tele-therapy effective?

Of course! We have worked with individuals of various ages with great success. We make sessions fun and interactive. Studies have shown that virtual sessions result in similar progress when compared to in-person therapy sessions.

Do we offer services in other languages?

Yes of course! We are happy to provide certain services in English, Ukrainian, French, Spanish and Italian.

Is a referral required for your clinic?

A referral from a doctor or another professional is not required. However, if claiming benefits, some insurance providers require a referral. We suggest contacting your insurance provider to verify whether or not a referral to our clinic should be made.

Are your services covered by OHIP?

Private services such as speech therapy, psychotherapy or counselling are not covered by OHIP. However, you may be entitled to coverage through your insurance policy. We suggest contacting your insurance provider prior to starting services with us to discuss verify coverage eligibility. Additionally, you may be able to claim the non-reimbursed portions of the services as a medical expense on your income tax return.

Are you insured?

Yes, all clinicians have professional liability insurance.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made through e-transfer or credit card.
